I don't think so. It looks like it might be an Exhinopsis subdenudata but I can't be sure.

I made a community for cactus growing and photography: /c/cactus

Pretty much anything cactus related is welcome. If we get enough members we can do some photography contests or something.

 

Repotted into a mixture of 1 part granite, 1 part pumice, 1 part perlite-heavy store bought cactus mix. I washed the rocks before adding them so it's still a bit wet in this pic.
