Its not exactly, its a dll conversion. You overtake the dll the game uses and replace it with a different library. Same idea with reshade. You bypass the dll given by the game to use your own.

You should have seen an acquaintance i knew whose class watched the old Romeo and Julliet movie with a topless scene. lets just say the rewind and pause functions were used.
Things like reshade and controller api modifcations redirect dll functions. The line is kind of vague about the specifics.
Should people on steamdeck ironically be banned for how proton changes how the DX11 is read and converts it to vulkan?
Its less about immedoate profit and more about pumping up gamepass numbers under one umbrella for investors to see a large number increase. Its part of the reason why Xbox Live Gold has been rebranded into Gamepass Core. Microsoft supposedly is under their sub projection (despite having about 40M subs) and trying to pump the numbers as much as possible.
Overwatch makes no sense given its a feee game. Unless your implying gamepass pays for the battlepass, as the game moving to gamepass would be a detriment on console as it does not require gamepass core to play (as its free)
Emphasis in most, they still put effort into doing so, more so than the reverse, who doesnt even touch the console side.

Thats arguing in bad faith, given that even after the buyout, Zenimax still produced games on the other devices. Arkane Lyon (deathloop), ID interactive (Doom), Tango Gameworks(Ghost Wire Tokyo), Mojang(Minecraft) and auch still produced games for other consoles, despite being owned by Microsoft.
Microsoft puts its developers games on other devices more often than the reverse. Its only within the past few years that Sonys been putting about half of its titles on PC.
Mints fine in my experience, but my time is almost up (december) and have been using them since 2018. Im considering moving onto US Mobile which offers better plans (and option of which towers you want to use, they offer tmobile or verison, so pick based on phone specs/area) or a Google fi family plan
Irl professionals dont use their own pc. They use a pc provided to them, and their own accessories thats tested before hand for any suspicious modifications.
Online of course is unenforcable
