Das ist aber ein Vergleich Äpfel mit Birnen.
Die Autobahn ist ein Stück Infrastruktur. Von einer guten Infrastruktur profitieren viele Menschen (gilt selbstredend auch für Gleise).
Das Deutschland-Ticket ist aber nur eine Vergünstigung des Ticketpreises. Es schafft keine Infrastruktur.
