C’mon, THAT is a poster board cutout of McConnell. Absolutely hilarious if it’s not!

Agree 100%. There’s no way this guy is getting the conservative vote - based purely on his skin tone.

Sadly, we’ll probably be losing many more good teachers over this. It all feels so broken.

I will definitely NOT take that bet, sir. I’m seriously baffled at how they justify such moves. They’re closing libraries, LIBRARIES!! I can see ‘em patting themselves on the back, too. It’s beyond disgusting.

Back in the day I would comb a perm solution through my hair. I’de continue to comb throughout the specified time and then rinse/condition per the box instructions. I recall being happy with the results. Not sure if they still sell at home perm kits, though.

I was in a bit of a hurry. Fixed it (I think) - Thank you!

PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) — A woman who escaped her kidnapper by punching her way out of a homemade cinder block cell at a home in southern Oregon likely saved other women from a similar fate, authorities said, by alerting them to a man they now suspect in sexual assaults in at least four more states.

Negasi Zuberi posed as an undercover police officer when he kidnapped the woman in Seattle, drove hundreds of miles to his home in Klamath Falls and locked her in the garage cell until she bloodied her hands breaking the door to escape, the FBI said Wednesday.

Watching Vikings for the first time - loving it! The violence is absolutely thrilling and it’s so well done otherwise.

I loved it! Nolan masterfully intertwined timelines, an absolute riveting telling of history. The acting, score, and cinematography were all on point. I miss the days that this caliber of filmmaking wasn’t so few and far between.

My best advice is to plan ahead (i.e. bring your own snacks).

I’m on the road a lot lately. I pack up a small bag or cooler with cheese sticks, deli-cuts jerky, nuts, boiled eggs, avocado, protein shakes, sugar-free jello, fat-bombs (for times of fire indulgence)…Any combination of these is enough to make a meal or stave off hunger; otherwise, I follow the aforementioned restaurant advise of previous commenters.

Hope this helps!
