Kudos*! I've compiled DooM emacs too some time ago but didn't quite realize how to use it, still stick to noob friendly Portacle which just runs out of the box

Guix main repositories and substitutes appear to be inaccessible from russia, I don't know where else to ask about this other then the irc, but has anyone encountered this and knows how it could be solved? I've found some mentions of this online but no other advices or workarounds

Basically when I try to use Guix package manager on a different system I get infinite attempts to connect to substitutes and when attempting to install guix in a vm the installation fails at some point

All of your points are valid, it is hard to draw definitive line, but so will be hard moderating the content because there will be people not giving correct tags to their posts, so even if there will be specific labels for "A.I. generated", "modified using A.I." etc people still will avoid using them, intentionally or not

You mean electricity bills for powering the storage? I guess buying 100pb worth of storage disks would be pretty expensive enough but since it's an archive there is no need to keep it powered 24/7, just turn them on only when you need to. It's just a hypothetical situation anyway, it's a thing I wish to have access to; only an experienced sysadmin can actually maintain such great archive or its copy/backup

If you'd download the whole wikipedia be sure to download the whole commets section for each article to have a perspective on discussions on conflicting reasons for edits. Also include all the wiki media materials for all of the public domain literature, project gutenberg, entire archive.org, a good offline OS to be able to consume all of the information and you're golden

You can watch Lost Highway whenever you want to see Bill Pullman play sax and enter the void. Also there is a little obscure thing called Showgirls redux - someone reedited the whole Showgirls movie to soundracks from Lynch's movies, it is incredible: https://vimeo.com/499554519?share=copy

Edit: added the link

It takes light approximately 8,404494e11 bananas to travel from the surface of the sun to the earth (that's like 840449400000 = eight hundred forty billion four hundred forty nine million four hundred thousand bananas (English is not my first language, not sure if the numerals are supposed to be plural))

I've heard somewhere that maybe initially vitamin the word comes from "vital amino acids" => vita(l)min(o).. and any substance from a living creature would include amino acids anyway because they have DNA RNA and such
