@freehugs @Burn_The_Right

Stop whining about "not all conservatives".

Of course it's not all conservatives, but it's enough conservatives that do (or support, donate to, etc) shit like this that cause people to die, one way or another.

Instead of crying about it why don't you go after your fellow conservatives about the shit they do instead of others for calling it out.

@GeekFTW @mxwarp @twistedtxb

I make $1200 per month from CPP and comp, just downsized to a rooming house for $500 per month, pay $500 per month on interest fees for a line of credit I needed when I was off work for 3 yrs (owned a small business) and $50 for phone. The $150 left is groceries.

I tried to speak to my bank about lowering the fees before having to declare bankruptcy but our system doesn't allow that. :(

@borkcorkedforks @MicroWave @andrewta @ivanafterall

So you're explaining why most other nations who have gun laws have fewer gun deaths, right?

My block button is getting quite the workout these last 10 days or so.

Was there a mass migration I didn't hear about?

[–] [email protected] 4 points 2 years ago

@moody @grte

Yup. Historically Quebec was treated as a second-tier province because of the religious sectarianism that migrated with the British/French colonizers. Most of Canada's PM's were Protestant and most of Quebecoise were RC.

After the religious aspect began fading into the background Quebecoise still felt disenfranchised (which, in reality, they were) so the focus became language/culture vs religious affiliation. Then the October crisis happened.

Ofc you will 'cause that's what Jesus would have done.

@Greg @Rodeo

The first burden of proof is on the pesticide manufacturers/nation users who have put forth the request to raise limits through their lobbyists.
