Didn't hexbear defederate themselves or basically fork Lemmy and change it to the point of incompatibility?

Do you guys ever find anything decent on getmusic.fm? (www.getmusic.fm)
 

I found a website on twitter a while ago called getmusic.fm that's basically a collection of free Bandcamp vouchers artists will submit to the site to try to get exposure by giving away their music. I've used it a few times, and a lot of it is a bit rough but there's a few gems in there.

Have you ever discovered a new artist through a website like this?

Are you in the EU? Here in the US phones haven't had FM in a long time, or at least have access disabled/restricted

My grandmother is a Greek immigrant and doesn't speak English very well. Back in 2017 someone called her and told her myself and my mother were dead and she spent like 3 days freaking out and crying. I can only imagine what would happen if someone were to do that today while emulating a voice she knew...
