I feel like this is based on an unfair premise. It asks why they assumed he would be any better in year three but like, doesn’t literally everyone get better with experience? Especially around year three? Also considering he would be under Aaron’s mentorship I think it’s reasonable to expect him to be better than he was the last two years.
