hard to answer, I know a site called "redecanais" but it is not a torrent site. After doing a quick search I found these sites:

Thank God we have torrents, but what makes me most sad about this is that many of these sites have unique catalogs that torrents don't have or that you can never get seeds from... being honest, I would 100% migrate to torrent if it didn't have this small big problem.

movies, tv shows, things like that. I'm not American so search keeps suggesting things from my country and most of the time I only get "review/geek sites" when I search for something specific.

Just search using Yandex. Google and unfortunately DGG are anti-piracy nowdays so they are already horrible to search for this.
