To sue Trump they will need to prove he gave direct orders to censor media and that it's not a "will no one rid me of this turbulent priest?" situation. And even in that case the lackeys still need to be held accountable for following illegal orders.

Amazon needs shipping prices to stay low. If they go up, Amazon either needs to reduce their margins to pay for it or they will be less competitive against physical shops. Either way their profits will take a hit.
