Besides what the other commenter said you can probably download just the update from dodi and update your current install

If you are using jackett or prowlarr then filter the indexers by language and only select the german ones and try to get into them. Some will let you fill out a form to get an invite
For those looking to download it to play with friends, there is no console so you cant connect to anyone and for zombies only firebase z works. Get MW2019 instead there you can at least play multiplayer together
There sould be an option to disable the ads, they are just there if you want to support them without donating
Im in WOT and tbh dont really remember how i got in, i just checked everyone that jackett had amrked as german and tried to apply an noticed that i had an account there, maxbe open signups. You can probably get Invites to other german ones by building ratio on others like TL, RED etc and have a member from there give you one
Idk how stremio and torrentio work or if you can add other torrwnt sites to it similar to *arr apps but if you can then try to get into a few german torrent trackers, most lf them are private but once your in one you can get a lot of stuff there im in one myself and all the big shows and movies are no problem

DRM free games dont need steam emus, they have no DRM just copy and paste the files and your good to go. Almost all other games that only use Steam's DRM can be cracked by replacing the dll and in some cases patching the exe. There are tools that to all the heavy lifting for you.
