I don't think I've noticed the same behaviour, myself. Be interesting to see if someone else is seeing it, and I'd recommend submitting an issue if you can find something that confirms the problem.

Have you tried in more than one browser, for instance?

Federation with a test instance acceptable? (lemmy.ml)
 

Howdy!

I've got an instance running at ldemo.isurf.ca and it's open and usable, but it's very much just for testing and won't even be up 24x7. I suspect I'll have it up quite a lot, but no guarantees.

With this kind of setup, will full federation to lemmy.ml be allowable?
