Fullchain.pem works. Privkey doesn't. I've tried chmod 777 (yes, I know, just testing) and still can't access the file.

I'm happily on Dev builds of Win11 for some years, but it refuses to update for about last year. Overwriting the appraiserres.dll doesn't do the trick anymore. Is there some other bypass I can use? I don't want to run clean install from ISO.
