Back in the day I made those anime screenshot banners for friends… equal parts cringe as much as awesome.
I’m glad the internet moved away from that, it’s a lot of bloat.

Joke aside, it may not be as popular as OW1 was, nor have as much of a dedicated fanbase. I personally haven't touched it since week one of OW2 because I was not enjoying myself like I used to, and felt scammed. I reckon plenty of others are of the same opinion.
Anything they force upon you in new Reddit. Compare old to new, and you see that the same amount of page nets you a third of the content. So much bloat. Profile pictures are nice, tags and flairs are nice, but any of the crap they introduced to make things more like Facebook and Twitter can go right in the bin.
I believe it is. Maybe someone should blow that whistle, see how Reddit would deal with an EU lawsuit at the time of the IPO.
