The photons move from laser to moon and it takes time of light's speed. FTL is not possible in that case. Also the information is transmittes from earth to moon and not from one side of moon to other side of moon

When i had 60hz in phone, i thought anything above that will be unnoticeable.

But if you use 120hz for some time, then 60hz feels so shitty. And my 144hz display also seems pointless(while not gaming) but when i use 144 for few days and set it back to 60, i can defenitely feel the lagginess. I think that will be same for 240 or so. You would not notice when you see it first, but older one feels bad after using it

The problem lies in what "unstretchable" and "unbendable" means. Its always molecules and your push takes time to reach the other end. You think its instantaneous because you never held such a long stick. The push signal is slower than the light

Or just don't install it but only raw run it under live usb? You can skip the installer and play with it

Well i didn't do it in a vm tho. Try on bare metal or in a live usb/ventoy. I daily drive it on 8gb ram with ryzen 5600H and is super smooth. There might be something on vm that hinders performance

Fraction of a second for transmitting information from one side of earth to other side. And teacher only said 8 minutes and the seconds are ommitted as there is always an error margin since distance from sun is not constant.

Also i assume signals are always sent from other side of the earth
