CBC has slid very far to the right in the past year. Loads of anti-union, anti-electrification, pro-landlord, pro-privatization stuff. I'm not sure if they are trying to butter up the incoming government or if they just realized that rage-bait gets more clicks.

Ever looked at the list of pre-revoked certs that comes on a new mobo? It seems like this is not a new flavour of fuckup.

I fully endorse fights to the death between politicians to settle mundane bureaucratic questions.

I work under several foreign trained engineers, the quality of their work is absolutely unacceptable and has cost ridiculous sums of money. Anyone who intends to work in Canada in a job which requires a degree or years of training should be examined with just as much scrutiny as Canadian students.

Anecdote != evidence but god damnt, if you can't find 1000 stories exactly like mine.

Fuck Nintendo. I would pay 60 bucks a game to get my entire N64 and NES library back but Nintendo will never make the bulk their older games available.

You think they didn't already? Chinese users aren't stupid, they follow the rules in order to keep access to their nice things.

Get ready to get fucked over for the next 4 to 8 years by both sides of the boarder.

Canada should have kept self sufficiency as a high priority but having the US next door is just too tempting for the parasitic management and political class. Staying financially independent would have cost too many bonuses, kickbacks and bribes.

edit: a letter

Even the Canadian liberals jumped on the deportation bandwagon, not that it helped.
