At our place it's the IT guys trying to tell us to exclude the entire Downloads folder. One of our devs had to put her foot down and say no, we'd do something more sensible/limited instead!

I use digikam, photos live on my NAS which is mounted locally at the OS level, and the db file is fully local but backed up to the NAS. Perhaps not exactly what you're after.

That's all fun and games until someone turns invisible (or in my case, wildshapes into a spider and blends in with the dungeon floor)

I've fought these twice. One of them full on killed our cleric.
