He disrespected the United States of America in its cherished Oval Office

That sounds like pure projection to me, isn’t it unsurprising that anything he thinks he’s calling out other people on is about himself?

The shitty MAGAts and their elected officials should be thrown out of TX. A lot of Mexican-Americans around there have been in the state for generations, some families live across each other on either side of the border. I get the sentiment, but it’s these racist assholes that need to be driven out.

Those states would be worse off if states like NY or CA decided to secede one day, though I’m aware that’s nearly impossible to do. What’s crazy to me is that the states that contribute most are the ones most shitted on for being “too liberal.”

If NY were run by MAGA, I bet the economy would tank and it wouldn’t be able to contribute anything to the states that are already poor.

Same, I wish I could do this for work, as we use G Suite :(. Times like these make me appreciate open source alternatives though, but there’s a lot of work to make those tools more widely available.

Calling AOC a clown while the GOP in Congress and the Senate willingly kisses the ring to avoid being primaried in 2026 is the ultimate show of clowning around

the amount of hate crimes we see in the US will drastically rise, especially among people who don’t “look” or “sound” American, especially indigenous people. ignorance is now intelligence.

Exactly, I lost hope once Hegseth was confirmed, it’s like the more shit they’ve done or said that disqualified them 20 years ago the better they do in present day

The first time we were all right to feel uncertain, and with time even the more “normal” GOP members of his administration were turned off by the shit show and spoke out against him. Who concerns me most is whoever spoke out against him, especially after Jan 6 and come this election cycle are the Trumpiest of all the new MAGA supporters (cough cough Vance). As they say, you can’t do the same thing more than once and expect a different result.

Most of these Reddit bans on Twitter are also half assed. They still allow screenshots of Twitter posts. That means the content is still spread, and Twitter remains relevant.

I wholeheartedly agree. I personally got fed up trying to make a new account recently where I got shadowbanned, where there’s accounts that steal posts from the past and repost them as new just to farm karma and they stay up despite bots detecting them as spam/reposts.

My point is if they’re looking to enforce something they should not do it in a half-assed way.

For me what is most destructive is the sanewashing a lot of the MAGAs are getting on a lot of these once reputable sources in traditional media. I hope the obituary we read in the near future isn’t USA’s.

That’s why I think not allowing her to be on the Oversight committee was shortsighted, she makes great opposition against MAGA and I want to see more of her speaking the voice of reason

IMO, a “decent man” would have turned down working in a company that made health into a profit-making machine. He would have at least resigned when AI was pushed forward to deny even more medical claims, but instead gave his blessing. One can be evil and deadly without having to pull a trigger, look at the ton of politicians that do it daily and they get away with it because they look polished.
