Exactly: r/baseball and r/MLB, r/hockey and r/NHL, the 50 Linux subreddits, it goes on and on. Fragmentation is far from a fediverse innovation.

This is really exciting to see, and it's amazing how like OldSchool it feels. In a few years, if you were to ask a newbie "guess what skill was tacked on to the game over a decade later", they would guess hunter or construction, but not sailing.
