Right now, not really.
This was also an issue on reddit tbh - several subreddits would spring up for multiple topics, like how there was r/gaming and r/games. Over time, I'm sure some instances will become the "default" for a given topic, and others will become defunct. Imo, this is a good thing. It's a pretty healthy way to grow communities and avoid lemmy.ml dominating every topic.
Ungabunga/10, good WAR glam. A lot of the artifact gear is underrated for glam pieces imo, I really like the 90 GNB chest as a starting point for figuring out my fashion.
I was first introduced to Trek many many years ago by my dad - I probably owe most of my sci-fi fandom to him growing up watching TNG, DS9 and later Enterprise. If you asked him though, he is probably a bigger fan of Farscape and Stargate. 🤣
I think so - if you search for those links on your kbin instance, I believe they should show up as magazines and you can subscribe to them the same way.
Great to know that this exists - going to throw my own computing power at it now.
I agree, the copy->search user experience for exploring the fediverse is pretty terrible. For Lemmy at least, maybe any community ! links should automatically try to resolve on your instance? I also wouldn't mind an extra little popup on hover, letting you choose to follow the link through to the original instance or have it search/open on your home.
