I prefer AV1. The improvement of H.265 over H.264 is not uniform. It takes a lot of effort to get consistent results across content and content types.

Yes there are but the op is talking about discrete AI accelerators....
Your GPU is an AI accelerator already. Running trained AI models is not as resource demanding as training one. Unless local training becomes universal, AI acclerators for consumers make very few sense.
It does not hurt to create a VM or LXC for it. The overhead is not prohibitive. If things go astray, you can just kill the VM or LXC and restart from sketch. Though setup and management can be an issue as you have to install at least some software for VM management in your media PC.
You can try your luck with the Nvidia's open-source kernel driver. I dun think it will work any better than the proprietary one though.
Well you can see there are two versions in the emule homepage: v0.50a and v0.60d. The latter is the community one. You can find its source code at https://github.com/irwir/eMule.
I have used both on Windows 10 and now mainly use the v0.60d. As far as I can tell, it is working as intended.
Honestly it is up to the cost and benefit. If the discount is steep (say 25%+ off the normal price) and the warranty is intact, it is worth a try. Ultimately you have to do your backup regardless of the origin of your drives.
Nice build. I think some ventilation can be added to the back of the drawer too so you can have somewhere for the hot air to leave.
You can give the rack mountable cases from Silverstone a look. I am using a RM41-506 with two IcyDock FatCage MB155SP-B.
It may be doable or even solvable if you are compiling things from source. But with the Docker in the middle, I doubt if emulation is worth the effort. If you insist or you just wanna try, I think you can give QEMU user-mode emulation a look.
Indeed. My PC has a decent enough GPU and I also own a PS4. The Stadia exclusives at the time was not enticing enough for me to try, let alone paying $9.99 per month.
qBittorrent ftw. It is open source and is being maintained and developed.
