I am building a new house and I am trying to prewire as much as possible. If price was not an object what would you pre-wire? in c/[email protected]

fiber optic hdmi 2.1 cables. You can have one pc/console or whatever connected to all your tvs.

I don't know if it makes more sense to get Smart Switches or Smart Bulbs in c/[email protected]

Smart bulbs are superior in every way if price is no issue. You can avoid the physical switch issue with battery operated switches that go over the old switch (lutron aurora as one example)
