Click the eye icon to disable cosmetic filtering, that should get it working again. That tends to work for me when it hides something it shouldn't.

You are "not" using a flatpak, but you should and it would solve all your problems. It's the way of the future even if you read some FUD about it online.

I have a lot of fun with the game and have seen how deep the the game really gets, but I do wish it would be a lot more generous with healing.

Idk but I blocked like a dozen of them or so and they just disappeared. They have a few always-online users that you should just block when they pop up.
