Hi guys! I’ve been a long time Lululemon customer but never shopped their Like New. I recently decided to try it out and honestly I had a pretty mixed experience. I ordered two cropped define jackets, one in forest green and one in windmill and received both 8 days after I placed the order. They did not come stamped like some people have mentioned in the past but I think that’s just the new program. Both were ordered in the “good as new” option. The green came in basically brand new condition. I would not be able to tell a difference between the one I got and one in store. I love it! The windmill one came noticeable preloved despite being marked as good as new. The rip tag was torn out, it was stretched out (fit almost a full size larger than the green), and there was a snag in the front with some discoloration on the sleeves. I submitted for a return and they make us pay for shipping even though the order had free shipping. I guess since I’m keeping one? Oh well! Has anyone else had this issue with their like new? I’m curious how the “Good as New” standard could vary so much. So sad because I was looking for a windmill define jacket for so long! :(

I love how versatile they are, I can always dress them up. Worth every penny to me :)

Wifey and I woke up at different times of the day and when we crossed paths in our house that we BOTH picked dark red aligns with varying shades of purple tops.

Wow I ordered two items. One arrived. The 2nd, a shirt, was taken out! There was an empty bag with the item # but no item! I got a full refund on the 2nd item but this is weird! Bummer.

I have two pairs of Lulus, unsure on what style. They both have seams coming apart in the crotch. Took them to the shop and they said they don’t repair this make due to them being “laser cut” seems like a bit of a cop out to me. Are they unfixable?

I recently ordered all the greens and trying to find another jacket colour combination but I’m unsure about the pink with the greens any help appreciated!
