I don't know, but to me this isn't really dull. I wonder if it is matched with actual current events? Like, for example, if an earthquake, #earthquake and similar hashtags will show on trending section

Android, simply because how more free I am using it. I can side-load APK files for example, unlike iOS.

Just found out that the Mastodon instance that my favorite artist uses (AFAIK*) defederated Kbin/Lemmy instance that I'm currently using. As a result, I think I can't follow this artist. I kinda unde (kbin.social)

I kinda understand that defederation is important, but... the problem is I don't think the instances I am using did anything wrong. But then again, even the line of what's considered "doing anything wrong" is really subjective, depends on who you asked.

Also, I now understand even more about the drama few days ago about beehaw

*I saw the server list on the Mastodon instance about page, and it listed as "Suspended", I wonder what this means

Yeah, I'm aware it's from Meta so automatically it's going to be hated by people from Fediverse... But I think it's not fair to judge something until we try it directly.

I'm particularly interested in the ActivityPub compatibility, but it's seems like it's not going to be enabled on launch? Can anyone confirm?

NGL, my expectation is very low from this app. The fact that it's not going to be released in EU is very alarming, hmm. Meta isn't known for respecting user's privacy...
