And they still won't be punished because they own all the regulatory bodies and the courts.

I was more referencing the fact that there's a significant problem in china with the misappropriation of funds and replacing of real components and equipment with fake or non-functioning components and equipment.

US has regulatory bodies that (sometimes) work on their own, China has regulatory bodies that only work when the state notices something is wrong, and by that time it's too late and several billion yuan (RMB) deep.

It's not as though there's an intended malevolence to the people by the CCP, it's just that their organization structure and manner doesn't allow for a lot of autonomy and requires direct orders to go into action.

So, you guys are aware that the majority of truckers in that convoy only had problems with their working conditions and pay, right?

From my understanding only about 5% of them were actually borderline-retarded if not completely retarded, and the rest were protesting working conditions, which were absolutely fucking horrific, during covid and they've barely improved since. (the serious morons that came out to "protest" used the truckers convoy to push their 'freedom' bullshit)

There are SERIOUS problems with our trucking and rail industries which overwork, underpay and intentionally remove required safety oversights and training from their workers.

Can't wait to see this do literally nothing to curb the problem while also insuring people using AI for legitimate research get fucked by morons that don't understand the technology.

There are already laws against slander and revenge porn, and these images would fall under both.

What did you expect when the general population doesn't fight the ruling government when they sell out our rights, freedoms and properties to foreign and local corporations

This is a ridiculous propagandist article.

I doubt it, I've no interest in discussing the matter with someone who clearly doesn't keep up to date on architectural issues within the mainland.

傻瓜

Cool.

And how many of them function properly?

[–] trackcharlie@lemmynsfw.com 3 points 1 year ago

Anyone who does this should be blacklisted entirely

You clearly haven't educated yourself on the economic factors at play. The "richest" country in the world is rich in valuation, not monetary wealth.

There's a difference between having a bunch of products (and businesses) that are expensive and of high quality than having a bank full of money. (See fed balance sheet)

If you actually take some time out of your day from being condescending to people that actually educate themselves on these matters and look up the current situation with liquidity (i.e. money) in the banking system, you'll realize that the multiple bank failures in 2023 was a prelude to what's going to be happening in 2024-2025.

This is an issue happening all over the world and people continue to not educate themselves on macroeconomics and then have the audacity to comment on it in the exact same fashion you just did.
