protein shakes are great. you put some protein powder, leafy greens, frozen fruit, plant milk and whatever else you want into a blender and voila! quick, easy and nutritious

Would you recommend courses, books, documentation, or jumping straight to a project and googling things along the way? I have a solid foundation of Java and want to start learning how to develop web apps with it.

I don't know if it counts as a full meal, but a quick smoothie (plant milk, oats, soy protein powder, leafy greens and frozen fruit) is my go-to
