Today on the WAN show after the gaming boat and plane discussion they talked a bit about why they wouldnt tour a Gulfstream factory as the majority of their viewers would never own or potentially ever fly on one.

I was thinking it would be cool if they did a tour of a commercial airliner, there is a large amount of tech on those planes and are a much more accessible for LTT viewers to go on, they could try Air Canada for a domestic airline, but chances are a US airline like Delta or a LCC would be more likely.

IF they were to tour an aircraft production factory, they could look at Boeing in Washington, or the Airbus A220 factory in Quebec Canada.

In a recent Floatplane exclusive video, Luke and Sammy went around the CES to checkout the various booth. At one of the booths, they were told that they were not allowed to take photos so they peace out. Out of curiosity, I went to check them out on their website and found sketchy stuff.

  1. The social media links were all not working.
  2. The products were all sold out. They were all without proper names but 'Love may not last a lifetime, but it will until your device is fully charged' (wtf?)
  3. The product page show nothing of what it is used. Even though they advertise as a pet product, they show ZERO pets.

I'll be interested to see what the booth actually showcase.

Original Title: Wan topic maybe? - It turns out NTI Group, the company that acquired Creative Tools and the 3DBenchy rights, did not take action to enforce its no derivatives license of the ubiquitous 3D printing benchmark.

I just feel so bad. I found a 4080 Super for an okay price, it was the first big thing I wanted to buy for myself. So, I just sent $500 to a guy I don't know. I feel so stupid. I don't know what to do right now. I can't talk to my parents because they will be angry at me. I mean, it was my money that I worked for, and my dad even warned me. I just can't right now. I live in a poor country so yea, this is the money that I have been saving for the whole summer when I worked and because my 3070 is dying and I love tech so much I did a stupid thing.

Be awair this does hapen, and do not get scamed like me, that is the only good advice I can give you.

Thought this might be a good topic for them to look into. This post on the r/framework had some good context:
