I started playing this game in Hearts of the Swarm release. I got all the way to Plat and hit a wall, and would only play on and off since then. Last time I quit was 2020, and I told myself I would never come back again.

Four months ago, for whatever reason, I decided to give it another try and never stop until Diamond. I've been grinding since then, and I finally reached it.

I know it's only a game, and Diamond 3 is not even high, but I don't care, I'm happy!!!

As someone who grew up playing sc1 I instantly fell in love with the modernized version. It makes me sad to see how far it's fallen. I remember the days when tournaments would get hundreds of thousands of viewers and everyone loved it. It's what introduced me to E-Sports in general. It seems no matter how much time passes, I always come back to it.

What would make you come back to SC2?

During a recent game live, SCboy said he talked to ESL staff and learnt SC2 had a fairly good viewership, which is more than above average. We should not worry about the next EWC SC2. 🫶

You know the ones who were called "magistrate" , "executor" , and then the "cerebrate" this also includes the brood war like the "commander" from the ued, also the other "executor" and "cerebrate" from the expansion, they just simply vanished from sc2, like why?
