I'll be doing content / player interviews at the event and I thought one cool thing we could do is to mix in a question or two that the community / fans want to ask specific players, and perhaps work that into a segment;

  • Keep the questions relatively short
  • Most upvoted questions will have a higher chance of being selected to be asked
  • Post your question under/as a reply to the respective player section
  • Please do your best to not ask repeat questions (check other questions for the player you want to ask something)

People seem to treat the Siege Tank in both games like an artillery piece, deploying it most of the time in siege mode and not using the tank mode save for changing positions. In what scenario it would be a good idea to use the Siege Tank's tank mode over the siege mode in combat.

Yes the Tal'Darim willingly served Amon until Alarak came along, but they weren't enslaved like Khalai or Zerg.

Amon controlled the Khalai using the Khala, and controlled the Zerg using their hive mind.

The Tal'Darim use Terrazine to block out the Khala, so like the Dark Templar they were not able to be dominated by Amon. But why didn't Amon order them to cease consuming the gas and then he would have total control of that faction? And probably wouldn't have lost them.

As for the Zerg, why did he only take some of the swarm? Or I guess why is that Kerrigan couldn't take them over.

I haven't watched any casts since the last time Tasteless and Artosis did GSL together. I saw them doing some BW casts since then, but wasn't able to find any SC2 content with them together. Does anyone know of any tourneys or matches with them commentating recently? Itching for some more of that legendary chemistry.

I'm totally new to the RTS genre but I'm very interested in getting into it. Not planning on being super competitive, just want to have fun and get the satisfaction that RTS can bring to the table, both, in soloplay and multiplayer.

I'm struggling choosing between AoE2, AoE4, SC2 and even looking forward for other games coming out this year such as Age of Mythology Retold and Stormgate.

Don't really need to know what you guys consider the superior game because thats subjective. Rather want to know what's the perception that others have on those games and what I need to know before jumping into one of them.

What are the pros and cons that you guys know about each game?

  • Are there enough people playing ___ game?

  • How is their community?

  • What are the main appeal of each game?

  • What are the main flaws?

etc.

As the title says:

Is the Dominion a good or bad organisation?

Edit : thanks everyone for all the reactions! Really cleared things up for me

Well this is kind of a vent and idk if you guys will not care about it but anyways. I discovered Starcraft I was free like 3 or 4 years ago, and I didn't play a lot until I regained a close friendship with a buddy I had lost contact a lot of years ago. He loves playing WoW so I suggested him playing SC, since it was free, to spend some time whenever we could. It's been fun playing 1v1's, but he's very good at the game, and I'm really not, so I've losing a lot, and I mean a lot, like every game, and he's playing all the races, and I'm playing only Terran, since I love playing with them.

Anyways, I just beat him tonight! He played Terrans and I actuallybeat him, then he played Zerg and I beat him too. I'm loosing to Dark Templars, but I'll manage a way to counter his rush... someday.

In the meantime, I'll keep on playing. Even tho I'm losing, I'm having a blast playing with my friend, and that matters to me, a lot.

Thank you for being a part of the community too!
