Fact: He's lost more games to Dark and Zoun than I have

Fact: He's lost more games to Maru than I have

Fact: He doesn't have any more GSL wins than I do (basically cementing Artosis as the expert on the GOAT debate)

Fact: He's been knocked out of more tournaments than I have

I've been watching Starcraft for about 20 years yet haven't played since the original release. I watched cholera, diggitysc and so many others.

Love spectating the game but not much desire to play.

So I don't remember when exactly but this year the Medivac Speed upgrade was replaced with this upgrade;

and in the Polish version of the game the whole text is missing, I don't know about other languages but it's been in this state since that update and nobody seems to give a damn or notice it; I thought they'll fix it soon but nope Nothing, absolutely nothing has been fixed;

And Honestly to this day, I have still no idea what the name of this upgrade is or what it does;

can Anybody explain to me what this upgrade does?`is it a 25 energy boost when they get spawned?

UPDATE: it seems like it's not just the Polish version, German version is missing text as well.

English version is fine. It really seems like Blizzard doesn't give a damn about the game translation any longer.

Verifying game files does not do anything. The text is definitely missing in other languages.

Should I kill the scouting worker if it walks through my drones? I feel like I don't seen pro players do this, but feels like a free kill. I"m talking about when they walk right through the crowd of my drones - it's pretty easy to just box them all and a-move to get an insta-surround+kill. But does the slight delay of this and the scrambling of my worker scounting make this not worth it? I play Z at D3 level (in case that's relevant).

Hey everyone,

so a little while ago I replayed the WoL campaign and while I personally don't hold SC2's writing in the highest regard in general, this scene stuck out to me.

So Valerian wants to meet with Raynor and recruit him. Instead of sending a message and inviting Raynor to his flagship or something, he just drops out of warp with several battlecruisers and stays silent. Then he waits for Raynor to board his battlecruiser and still has his marines try to fight them off, pointlessly sacrificing his own men and endangering Raynor. I mean, one stray bullet and the man he wanted on his side would have been dead. And then when Raynor and Tychus finally reach the bridge he is all like "Ah good you are here."

Am I missing something? I get that maybe Raynor wouldn't have agreed to a meeting if he had known it was Valerian beforehand, but couldn't Val just have set the meeting at some random bar under a fake identity or something instead of this whole let-Raynor-board-my-ship-and-hope-nothing-goes-wrong?

Original Title: KYSHOE has destroyed the automated tournament experience with use of drophack. He is pyschotic... and dedicated to ruining the experience for everyone. It may even be AI at this point. (Screenshots included)

For close to a year... this account has been spam BMing people and religiously ruining automated tournaments on NA. It's become an urban legend, at this point. Some of my friends are saying it's AI... others think it's that weird mech player that got cast out.... and this is his revenge. What do you think?

What happens? You queue, you get dropped from the tournament... he wins. He does a BC rush and threatens to rape your family at the same time, IF he decides to not drop you instantly. He is not a very good player, at all. Very precise with his cheese... I guess I would be too if I sat in my room and played like a psychopath all the time.

P.S. ... Blizzard, can you do something?

Hello SC fam,

Someone has brought this to my attention and I think it should be talked about.

First off, Fuck anyone who cheats in a multiplayer competitive game. It diminishes the achievements of those around you, and it's just really weird to care that much about something unearned.

I think Sepheron (community member) has boosted his account. Obviously, this is kind of a big claim and I hate to drag someone's name through the mud, but I think there is a lot of evidence to support my claim.

The way he did this is simple. He force blocks every server on his firewall except for Australia (Which honestly I don't blame people for doing this, as NA's ping range is insane. I know he forces aus, because i block aus personally and almost never play him. props to people like pig who can own people on 300 ping). By doing this, he can only connect to people on Australia which makes it very easy to line up your opponent, especially if done at a time with low queue times. (Which for NA, where theres not a lot of people around his mmr, is quite often.) It was easier on past pools where there were less maps to veto i think, because you could easily force the same maps.

I've attached below an imgur album containing what I think is proof. If you guys think I'm wrong about this, please call me an idiot in the comments as I definitely don't like making claims like this if I'm wrong.

(my detective work, forgive me for formatting or if its idiot like)

I hate calling him out for this, because I genuinely like the guy, but I also really can't stand people that cheat. From what I could tell there is a decent amount of these games that are legit, going up against some 5k players I recognize, but the vast majority are over almost instantly or quite short (3-4 minutes)

Finally I'd like to wrap up this post to a message towards Sepheron, I'm sorry if I'm incorrect about my assumptions here, as I think you're a nice guy and if I am wrong I want to take accountability. Please reddit if i am wrong about this shit on me viciously.

EDIT:: Sepheron has responded to me. He did not post in the comments below, because well, his reddit account isn't working. Some reddit mobile verification crap. I've screenshotted our conversation on discord. You can find his response here.
