English is not my primary language. The publications on Lemmy are almost all in English. Often, I need to translate a sentence or two that I don't understand. I suggest that developers create an icon that makes it possible to translate posts with just a single click - that is, without any invasive extensions, let alone Google translator.

I also think this would be best as a browser extension, I don't know if there are any good open source in-place translators tho. But bundling a universal translator into lemmy would make it way too bloated.
