Here's the list:

  1. Listen more to more Black people – and amplify their voices
  2. Post less – and think before you post
  3. Call in, call out, and/or report anti-Blackness when you see it
  4. Support Black people and Black-led instances and projects
  5. Approach it intersectionally

I'm sorry, but this is not helping.

  1. I don't know anyone's skin color here, and happy to keep it that way. I don't want to make everything about racism, I want to make less and less things about racism, I want it gone. Pushing racosoi in every subject will not solve it.

  2. No. First, this entire "white people now must talk less because I don't like them" attitude is racist too, but second, do you want to kill off Lemmy? We want more people, not less

  3. It's called racism, not "anti blackness". Just in case you hadn't noticed, "black" isn't the only skin color out there, it's also not yhrbonoy color being discriminated against. You're not the only person on the world.

  4. How about "support people on their merit, no matter what their skin color is"? Because THAT is the thing that will solve racism, not "you're shit but let me support you because of your skin color"

  5. You talk like you just got out of a US university where you learned a few new words, but not really what it all means

  6. This is /techtakes, why are you injecting racism in places where we don't want nor need it? This sub isn't about racism and I'd happily keep it that way.

Racism is still a big issue in certain countries, but making everything about racism isn't going to solve it, it will make it worse.
