I fucking loaded that thing with heaps of veg to counteract the carbs, cream and shitload of cheese I put in it.

I admit I’m sometimes scared to make cream sauces incase I don’t like them.
Don't be scared of cream. Cream is a friend unless you're lactose intolerant then it's a different story.
Some cheeses make me feel sick, especially the smell of some of them.
You’re right. I shouldn’t be sacred. A creamy white wine sauce is something I love though!
Yummm. I adore tuna mornay, and most fishy pasta tbh. Idk why tuna mornay gets a bad rap it's so good!
Technically not a mornay because I made it with cream but I'll call it what I like.
