That was a read.

To summarize:

if NZ has / had intel in the Israeli/Palestine area

And if it was shared through the 5 eyes agreement to the States,

And if that information was then passed to Israel,

And if that was then used by Israeli forces

That then committed a crime with it...

Then NZ might be responsible.

Edit: and if it was something our tiny intel budget picked up, something that also wasn't picked up by US, UK, Australia or France (I think), or Israel independently.
