If they were legally in Israel, as citizens then their bodies were illegally taken and left on mass in a truck in a warzone, that would still be kidnapping.
If they were legally in Israel then Israel legally has custody of their bodies so there was no kidnapping. Stop twisting things, your only making yourself look worse.
Which country has custody of you right now?
The one that I am a legal citizen of and reside in. Why? Are you compiling data for the Russians?

I'm not stupid enough to think that if I were to die and they transported my body to the state I was born in they kidnapped me. Only an idiot would think something that dumb.
