I'm wondering if, as in many cases, the PVP will only be fun for the first week of the game's release. A lot of times, once a game has "established a meta" and a sizable percentage of its players are playing firmly to win, the learning experience becomes miserable for everyone else.
That's a good question that I don't have a good answer for.
I guess, as with all games, player counts will dwindle, meaning more experienced players remain. As for a meta, just from my perspective, there are a couple suits that are better for pvp/certain objectives than others. Ultimately I think the most important factor for pvp will be (imo) flexibility. You can change your suits at any time, so you could counter the enemy team comp - but so could they.
