I didn't even notice the tongue twister. What was it?

Is that, like, an actual pre-existing tongue twister? Or a phrase you noticed that could be a tongue twister? If the former, I have to admit to having never heard it.
Yeah, it’s existed for many years. I couldn’t find the origin, but this cartoon from maybe the 70’s mentions it.
