I think at this point, it’s worth calling an informal meeting of the UN or whatever, not tell the US, and just agree that the rest of us will ignore him for the next four years. Like every time he tries to contact/rant at another nation, everyone responds with “sorry, can I talk to an adult/your carer” or just won’t pick up.
