I have read that he overexaggerates some things but he finds so much that's unarguably horrific in expensive new builds, I remember the $2m West Melbourne townhouses that had barely been finished and were leaking like a sieve. And the shonky extension in Preston? that could genuinely kill people. It genuinely depresses me.

this latest place is so bad that health and safety and electric safe shut it down same day as a danger to the resident kids and workers.
