He said people should gird themselves for the prospect that Russia might try to use “swarms of drones” in Europe as it has to deadly effect in Ukraine.

Hunh. I'm pretty sure that Ukraine's drone activity has been far deadlier — though, they don't have Russia's willingness to count civilians as viable targets, so maybe their numbers are more modest but comparison.
