Zastawiam się, na ile postępuje (i czy w ogóle ma miejsce) izolacja Rosji w jej najbliższym obszarze wpływów. Ukraina, Syria, Bałkany, problemy w Afryce, Armenia. Teraz Azerbejdżan. Kiedy nastąpi w tym kraju polityczne gospodarcze tąpnięcie?
