Huh? Fuck no what the hell are you talking about? Islam has rules of engagement and explicitly forbids attacking non-combatants. Other than that in Islam Jihad has two purposes: protecting Muslims and spreading Islam, in that order. Neither are helped by a war of extermination, and historically Muslim states have been on the side of "convert or pay the tribute and we'll leave you alone".

I can see why countries that had some sort of Islamic revolution at some point are totally great places to live. Nothing inhumane happening there.

Okay seriously, why are you attributing that to Islam and not colonialism and the cold war? Secular post-colonial states in the Middle East aren't doing much better.
