Ok I don't see anything wrong with compiling code using llvm. It was a humbling experience to use it's static analysis tools the first time and have a very stupid and hard to find bug made crystal clear for me in some code I was working on.

Who knows how many stupid bugs this will highlight for Devs. I'm sure it'll be like the airplane face palm bit
