Repaired my phone 6 months ago, then it broke again. Repaired it again yesterday, then it broke again next day, so they repaired it again today.

Cost like 160g grand total, could have just bought another phone for that price

Depending on what broke, would a Fairphone not be a good option ?

They're relatively expensive, so not a good solution for poor people atm.

Yes, saving the planet is usually not cheap. There is also Shift phones, a bit like Fairphone https://mastodon.social/@shiftphones And some telephone companies offer Fairphone to rent, and eventually own, for less than 25 Euros per month.
