It's that time of year again when the RSPB ask for our help with the Big Garden Birdwatch. So if you are in the UK and have a Garden or feeder of balcony then please consider joining in. (Friday, January 24th to Sunday, January 26th)

@lovely_Natur_und_Kultur there's a nice uplift in Brambling there. I've never seen one here. I imagine our results will also see the House Sparrow as #1. The tree sparrow is quite high on your list, here in UK its numbers have diminished significantly. So will be nice to compare results after we run our counts next weekend.. Thanks for sharing. 👍

@[email protected] I do not think I have ever seen a brambling! I have to check the map, I guess they can be found in some other areas of Germany - maybe in the south?
I am sure the summary by the NABU will be interesting.
