Flippanarchy
Flippant Anarchism. A lighter take on social criticism with the aim of agitation.
Post humorous takes on capitalism and the states which prop it up. Memes, shitposting, screenshots of humorous good takes, discussions making fun of some reactionary online, it all works.
This community is anarchist-flavored. Reactionary takes won't be tolerated.

Are.. Are you basically making the same point as them?
That's not how it works. That's not how any of this works.
You have a lot of internalised and lateral ableism to unpack.
You have a lot of re-reading to do before you use big words like "ableism".
"Touching grass" is a pejorative. "Going offline" or "detoxing from social media" - or "taking a break from streaming" is a recommendation by most psychiatrists in the world today. I don't think you know the difference.
I don't care what you think about the WHO, but they've collected the opinions of the world of psychiatry and it's clear: the world is suffering from a global mental health pandemic.
To say that this isn't exacerbated online is intellectually disingenuous, dishonest and your basic take shows exactly what your mentality is.
So tell me: whose the ableist here?
Also, I didn't know Vaush had they/them pronouns... except he doesn't.
Autism and ADHD are not mental illnesses, they're learning disabilities (technically ADHD is classified as an OHI, but that's not the point). Depression, BPD, Schizophrenia, and anxiety are mental illnesses. And while yes, chronic online usage may negatively affect some of the illnesses, they are not caused by online use and can not be transmitted over the internet. Online use does not cause or worsen disabilities.
Everyone should cut back on online usage. But not because of some ableist rhetoric from someone misunderstanding psychiatric advice, as well as someone who doesn't know the difference between a disability and a mental illness. You are comparing apples to oranges.
Autism can actually be viewed as environmental damage, which is a warning to all the antivaxxer Karen's out there who traumatize their kids, that they might actually be responsible for harming their child.
In any case, denying that mental illness can't be spread online is literally ableist. You are enabling the same problems by encouraging the same behavioural patterns or triggering certain insecurities.
And again, content I/O for your brain, the doom scroll, political rabbit holes... you don't think these things cause mental illness?
they/them is often used as the default pronouns when someone doesn't know them.
Massive difference between saying "mental illness is worsened by extensive time online" and "mental illness is contagious through the internet."
db0 abuses their power.
You're talking about memes. Not mental diseases. No mental diseases don't spread online and racism isn't a mental disease.
Racism is narcissism, paranoia and political ambitions in a trenchcoat. So yeah, it is largely about mental disease - which is why people who are racist should be disqualified from office.
But other racists don't want that to be the case, because the animal pack instinct, the tribal instinct, the "us vs them" instinct is triggered and blood thirst must be satiated, enemies defeated, etc - because humans in general suck.
You don't let mentally unstable people yield power, unless you manage to legitimize the disease, which is what politicians, monarchs and aristocrats and now oligarchs have been doing for - oh I don't know, thousands of years?
Also, you deleted my post with no warning or direct messaging? Wow. Just wow.
I guess we can add mods to the list as well.
I can't thank you enough. I was firing up like 5 tabs to begin an extensively documented and time wasting reply when I saw you removed it.
You just saved my whole morning and I appreciate it.
E: Have to remember to not be looking at social media when the meds kick in. "Already be doing the thing you want to be doing."
...I wish you well, but you need to get off the internet for a while. A social media detox is direly needed.
I don't take medical advice from random strangers who know nothing about me.
