You're thinking of dark matter.
In the standard Lambda-CDM model of cosmology, the mass–energy content of the universe is 5% ordinary matter, 26.8% dark matter, and 68.2% a form of energy known as dark energy.
So, not quite 95%, but still the majoirty of the universe
They can cram their dark whatever's up their squid holes! I'll hellbomb the galaxy before i let them take my liberty!
According to some relatively recent papers I skimmed, dark matter is between 0% and 95%
