What temperature sensors do you use? (lemm.ee)

I wanted some temperature sensor that can place outside my house, it is simple and not very expensive, which directly integrates with HA would be ideal but not 100% necessary.

Is the reception in the fridge still reliable?

Yes for both of my refrigerator sensors. There's a concrete floor and multiple concrete walls between one of the sensors and the hub and it still works perfectly.
