Should I...uh, should I step into Warframe?

I never ever played it and I'd like to understand what the fuss is all about.

Please note I'm playing exclusively on Desktop Linux and Steam Deck

Probably one of the most repetitive games you’ll ever play. Some people like this. I do not.

To balance this a bit, I do not like repetition in my games, but Warframe's movement system keeps me coming back to play as long as my friends are also playing. I find Warframe a much more interesting game than Diablo or WoW, but I can still run through missions with friends without having to think too hard about what we're playing. In Satisfactory or Factorio, I find myself struggling to concentrate on the conversation when I'm building something.

I don't do pickup groups in Warframe unless I just need to smash out a few objectives in a short amount of time. When I'm with my friends we play slow and explore; it's worth it, it's a very pretty game.
